After completing the line several things will happen. Firstly, you can finally stop running. What happens next depends status of this is when you reach the finish line.
This can vary from being in a huge great and feel good or to another end of the scale - to be taken immediately to the medical tent.
Whatever the case, there is always someone to help each triathlete as they arrive. This person will assist through the routine of the surface.
First, you take your t-shirt and finishers medal. Keep them with your life, no matter how bad smell.
If you really do not feel well, you will be taken to the medical tent for observation. In Consequently, most athletes are dehydrated and if that is the case, having the IV
Depending on how you feel after the fourth First, we can give a second. I think Ironman is the record of six IV. The doctor decides how you need. Medical care is covered by Insurance you buy with your entry. Be nice to the doctors and nurses. Most of them volunteer their time for you.
If you feel good at the end of the line is the person who helps find the way to the massage tent. You must enter May if you are very busy. It depends your arrival time and luck. Normally, the wait is too long and the massage is unbelievable and well worth the wait.
The Most areas will finish line Jacuzzis. Personally, I never used, but it's a personal choice. For me, swim 2.4 kilometers in water sufficient for a day.
There is plenty to eat and drink and I recommend finding a replacement drink as soon as possible. Do it before you eat and when you eat, Take It Easy real. Your system is not synchronized for a while.
When you feel you want to leave the finish area, ask any voluntary transition to the stock. All bags will be running all day. Believe me, this is not the easiest part of the day. You have a lot of wet clothes and treat the various exchanges. This is where you'll be pleased if he heard me and a bag back empty bag of seed dry. (which has been thrown on the heap containing the clothes the morning of the race). To fill some of their bags transition in the backpack actually make things more manageable for you. Hopefully followed my advice on a bicycle pump. Do not take a morning run! There will bombs there. You do not want to carry one when you leave the transition.
Remember! You must take your bike too. The area finish line is safe and nobody can come to help. However, if you think that any can not arrange to meet you Initially, that may help their art.
Everything depends on them and on arrival at the finish line and when you decide stop this transition. It may be difficult to coordinate. Usually, you'll be in your account for some time with your gear.
Personally, I liked the goals online experience. There are a lot of people really happy. It may hurt, but at the same time, slowly sinking in that they have done something really special.
Take your time and enjoy here, even if you feel a little disoriented and weak. It is a very special moment for you if you just completed his First Ironman Triathlon.

What are the best goggles triathlon?
I need goggles triathlon and I'm not sure what to buy. Will this make sorting out (lakes, oceans). I know that each type of lens adjusts another face, what I'm trying to get information on whether you should be looking tinted glasses against the whites, and if you get the regular swimmer, such as the winners of Speedo or more / lens? Thank you your help.
As you mentioned that all may have different faces, so the style is more comfortable is best for most of weather. But let us also mention that from personal experience, I do not like the larger lenses or more. Most tend to capture more water when I to amplitude and disrupt the flow of water around my head more ... leading to splashing water from the mouth (during sessions pool, at least, not been used in the OWS (Open Water Swim) for the moment). But this could be the shape of my head or my style of swimming and can not be the case for you. In terms of color and light, which depends on the lighting. If you train at an indoor pool clear lenses are preferable more likely. If you are primarily outside (if the outdoor pool or OWS) is a lens of color tend to prefer. I train personally within 90% of the time and race outdoors, so when we found a set of lenses that I like the training I come back and buy the same model with tinted lenses well. But there was cloudy morning on my career, I used clear lenses in place, so is very nice to have the option if you can pay $ 15-20
