How can I wire an old Sturmey-Archer Dynohub?

I just bought a vintage Raleigh Roadster with a Dynohub in the rear wheel. I want it to get up and running, and installed the necessary lights. However, I do not know how they wire up, the lights ahead and rear cables were cut age. Do central terminals have two positive terminals, negative operating through the tree, or is the negative and positive in the other? In addition, when connected properly, the control switch on the front of the front and taillights or near? All advice would be helpful. Uh, you've raised another interesting question. Since I know some details I'll try to be as complete as I can ... or maybe not. The Dynohub has two contacts: one is + and -.
