Shimano XTR is better than the SRAM X-0?
looking at the bike, I know which to choose.
I think both are pretty good. I've been running Shimano XT for a while and I have no problems with him but he needed some adjustments from time to time, especially when it rains and mud is everywhere. Probe a group of friends X.7, Shimano and SRAM preferable in the testing phase, I'm building a bike with X.9 and I think will be very nice. About better, arguing that it is a little is better tasting, chocolate or vanilla ice cream. I think Shimano could be faster and need less hand movement, while SRAM requires less maintenance and less likely to misshift because of the cable tension.
