how to install trigger shifters bike bicycle?

hi i have a specialized hard rock mountain bike 21 gears with Grip Shift and I want to trigger shifters instead, we find a better way. Can anyone help on how to do this?

To start doing this you need to activate the new levers and a set of new grips.
