Make Brembo master cylinder thumb operated rear brake, but that costs around £ 2000 and comes without mounting bracket. AP make a career - that I use - and costs about £ 800. Demon Tweeks sell several different types from around 300 pounds - but be aware that if you want more than the aesthetic appearance you need to spend the money. It is also important to match the master cylinder to the rear caliper - it took me a lot of costly trial and error to get mine working properly
