How can you rebuild a rear axle?
I can hardly understand how, since the freewheel is on the road.
Ah, the freewheel is on the road, eh? Well, you really should remove the freewheel first, then it is the same as the reconstruction of a center forward. If you can not remove the freewheel, take the nut and the cone of the non-drive, remove the stalk and collect all levels. Most Loose rear hubs have bearings. If the tree does not go beyond the freewheel (common problem) has no choice but to get a stripper freewheel. Use a good "solvent free" degreaser (like WD40) cups in the center of spray and wipe with a cloth. You may have to use a screwdriver to move the freewheel. Also, clean (and / or replace) bearings, cones and trees. Using a little finesse, instead of white lithium grease to the tip of a screwdriver and place it in the Cup drive side. You can use your finger on the opposite side of the unit. Divide the ball into 2 (not to be an even number!) And place 1 / 2 of them on each side. Insert the shaft on the side of the unit and reassemble.
