MTB - installing clipless?

I just what Cheapy mountain bike in the garage I found my parents and approved but I have clipless pedals. I bought today, but can not understand how to get off of my old pedals. The guy at the shop said, which will almost any bike, but there seems to be a way to get the old off. Among the pedal and arms pedals, it seems that a party platform that is designed to give the turn with a wrench, but do not move, and do not look like the one designed to move. The directions said it was an adaptation of the Allen wrench them down, but I see one on my bike. Is it only has to concentrate Hunting in the room and flat until it becomes? I do not want to break anything. Has anyone installed these before? Any experience shared are welcome and appreciated. Thx.

Ah, so when you start to assemble the clipless, always, always, always draw the left foot .. Why? As you disengage your left foot, which shifts the balance towards the right, so if you happen to fall (as they learn or simply not notice a stop sign or red light) to fall to the right and away from traffic:) Oh, and the pedal wrench ... is a thin 15mm key:) Wrench 15mm normal is too large to work
