What is the best bib carpet is rubbed on the skin of TB?

I currently have a quilted satin lined bib but my shoulders still mares rubbed! I looked at the offer and satin-iness has infected hair What would be a better solution? One of the plain satin? sheep skin? Lycra? Thanks heaps
