Hydraulic disc brakes should I buy for my bike?

I updated an old Kona Dawg Brake Hayes Sole disc 160mm rotors. Ive has been the scene of mountain biking for a few years so im not sure what the best and nothing more. Im ready to spend up £ 200 for the front and rear set (pliers and levers) Im also looking to obtain new shifters and mechs are some suggestions for those appriciated too. Until now Im looking at the brakes XT mechs or controls and Avid Juicy 7 brakes with SRAM X9 shifters & Mechs. Thank you
