How do I mount the front tire on a bicycle?
Do I have to put between the brakes? I just bought a bike (Dahon Jack) and I have to mount the front wheel. Is it necessary to remove the brakes?
You should not have to remove the brake. There is a quick release knock out cable tension. This shows in great detail how to operate a type of quick release PROMAX plus all other adjustments. Perhaps the down arrow is from someone who hates people discover these things.
