Wait a minute! We know that fat and cholesterol are hazardous to our health. Do you mean too much protein is also hazardous to our health?
Yes, of course! That's exactly what I say. I know as it may come as a surprise to you but the truth is that many experts believe that too much protein, especially animal protein, it is dangerous to your health!
 If a person consumes more than 15% protein in your diet (meat is usually a protein 26%, the rest is fat and the chicken has 61% of a protein, the rest is fat), then the body must rid of this protein.
In other words, the body stores too little protein. Security agencies are responsible for eliminating protein, namely, the kidneys and liver. The more protein we eat, the harder the kidneys and liver must work to excrete the protein. The result of the overuse of these bodies is obvious wear prematurely.
Most Americans consume too much animal protein their diet every day, then load themselves more with protein powders and drinks and bars. Protein we mad in this country! And our loss is not to our advantage.
Thus, as well as wear on the kidneys and liver, which is bad enough, why else is excess animal protein dangerous to your health?
Too much protein makes the body more acidic, and these acids accumulate in the joints of arthritis and gout.
Animal protein is hard to digest so it's hard on the digestive system and cause digestive problems.
Protein animal is strongly associated with heart disease, Not just fat and cholesterol, but also the animal protein itself.
Protein animal is associated with many types of cancers such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer and pancreatic cancer.
In a large study in China by T. Colin Campbell, PhD., It was found that groups of people who ate the most animal protein had at the time, Most heart disease and certain cancers. And the amount of animal protein did not go to make up numbers to the sickness too.
And because of that animal protein causes the body more acidic, the body must neutralize the acid. It does this by pulling calcium from their bones, and then the urine calcium.
Why is it important?
It is believed that animal protein has become one of the main contributors to osteoporosis in this country. This excess protein is filtered calcium in bones.
So one of the best things you can do for you is cut, back on their consumption of meat protein and protein artificially applied in other foods and pseudo-foods. In fact, your best bet for health and fitness maximum is to eliminate sources of animal protein.

Are server side includes even the best way to load the navigation bars?
Been a while since I had Web Dev. I used CSS load my navigation bars on each page so that you only have to change once. Is this still a standard or is there a better way now? I use Dreamweaver MX.
SSI is good because it loads before the page is sent to the user's computer. Frames are not a good idea. One drawback if you can not change the color or image of a link if you want the link to change color when activated, but that can be achieved using more if statements, if the page, then this style of link or image. but not really like Dreamweaver. I write the code hand and use other tools to help small. Using Dreamweaver size bulk html I hope that helped
