What is the easiest way to convert a mountain bike on a computer fixed?

Hello, I put myself in the snow and want to build a Mountin Floozie. As there are not many of these steps, I will have to build yourself. I wondered if I could fix the rear wheel without having to rebuild. Or perhaps a Web retailer that sells fixed rear wheels. There are also special schools who need special mountain biking? All other advice, reviews, Rants, Raves Please ....? much.

The cheapest way is to remove the freewheel and two rear sprockets, adjust a respace single piece shaft and redish the rear wheel by a bike store. You also have to replace or shorten the chain. You can use the box Bracket Parents obviously only be used one of the rings - probably average a triple.
