Have your menstrual cycle can cause you to have a high red blood cell count?

High? It is more likely to cause low number of cells red blood - the anemia. Women who have very heavy flows can lose enough blood to anemia, and some iron supplements or need for medication to treat anemia. But high red blood cell count - never heard of her menses. It could happen ... but I have only heard of otherwise.
