I want to start a training regiment of running and bicycling. What are the miles that I suggested to run and ride?

I feel comfortable running a 5k ... I am curious about the miles you should ride the bike. I'd like to do this 5 days a week.

The answer is absolutely dependent on what you want to accomplish. Also, I am not sure whether to run and Ride 5 days a week. Most people do not run and ride the same day, but may, if desired. Skills for a trip in 45 minutes at a rate resonably is a very good choice. If you run the same day they turn in one hour 20 minutes a little more than 1 year it would be great. Probably the best solution would be to ride 3 days a week for an hour and run 2x a week. For more aptitude or training for a purpose that can be adjusted accordingly.
