Traffic can be unpredictable, so if you ride your bike, you should be vigilant at all times. It takes time before they get on the road with confidence but it's worth. Bikes save gas and protect the environment, so if you own a bike, you should consider horse the city.

Vigilance is important if you want to ride your bike in traffic because you need to know where you're on the road at any time. You never want to wake up in the morning and the bike, then on the highway, especially if you're a little tired and kind of dream. Use your common sense may be useful to many occasions during their trip in traffic, so always make intelligent decisions.

Aggression helps in difficult situations, as have to use if you want a good spot in traffic. You have to be aggressive if you want to enter the arena, you do not lose their highway exit. Not easy but once you learn to stand firm, you will be able to obtain the desired location in the traffic.

If truck ice cream music prohibited in city limits?

A local supplier is late to meet the City Council, as cited for violating the noise ordinance of the city. Try a bicycle bell for a while, but has the same effect. Bar Music festivals outdoor music, jackhammers, factory whistles, train whistles, sirens and emergency are stronger than the ice cream truck. Boys love neighborhood music from ice cream truck and get all excited when they hear it. We had an ice cream truck in our neighborhood as a kid and so did my parents. Seems only to make a law in context. Loud music should be banned for vehicles, homes and private property, not businesses, in my opinion.

I guess some parents have complained about the publicity of the cream Ice Company to children, while on a highway. There is a possibility that a child may be injured by a vehicle while in Street. When I was a kid, nobody thought about these things, so there was all trucks of ice cream per hour. We conducted our parents crazy running in to borrow money. Nobody I know has never been hit by a car, but in the world different. Children are not running the streets like we did, they have dates to play in the homes of other children instead.
