How do I remove the chrome cover to access the screws on the clamps handle bar?

There are a few more steps than you can imagine. First, the chromium in the top of the torch must be removed; well as attached to the front of the deck by a notch on the chip. To pull off the adjustment, you must remove the headlight by removing the trim ring and headlight unscrew the three screws holding the bulb of the flashlight assembly. At the bottom of the gondola to the lighthouse, near the front is a small nut attatched to the front mounting amount of the chrome strip at the top of the gondola. Remove the nut and lever slightly nacelle halves apart. Then you can remove the seat strap by lifting up from the front, freeing the chip that is on the cover which is trying to remove. Now remove the trim ring around the block direction of the pipe is only plastic and get soft either prying with a screwdriver or your hand if you can get a decent grip on it. Under the Two trim ring screws is removed. Now you can enjoy the deck and use the proper allen key bolts on the elevator. Now, do all that conversely for the cover.
