I bought a new bike helmet Giro Atmos road. I measured my head .. is 23 inches even. I first bought the size (L) L (23.25-24.75). But the lowest point is still at large .... I can not tie them tighter. It is still a bit loose ..... I ordered the (M) M (21.75-23.25) .... very tight on the side ....
