Mountain bikeing - Updates for 2007 Specialized Hardrock Sport?

Hello --- Last year I bought a Specialized Hardrock Sport 2007 was my first year of riding trails, and loved it. I do not want to buy a new bike, as I believe I'm still at the initial stage of riding, but I like to hit some trails are difficult. Does anyone recommend any type of updates that could make my bike a little better. While I recommend the following updates: new owner. RockShox, Manitou, Marzocchi forks are great and reasonable prices that are a notch above the entry level. I went with a rear derailleur. which will provide smooth movement under stress and be more reliable long term. I would think another upgrade is a set of disc brakes. you can go with a cable or hydraulic drive. I would go to cable for the brakes Avid Bb7 mechanical. i was not with Hydraulics something that Hayes HFX 9's. tires can make a difference, but the tire specialist on the bike should well done. a new headquarters could be an upgrade chip for comfort. that almost all basic improvements to improve performance bike without breaking the bank.
